  2. Having parents of Chinese descent, born in Vietnam have me growing up eating the Chinese version zongzi during Dragon Boat and then a Vietnamese version (Banh U) during new year. Haha, I feel so lucky! Thank you Helen, its a wonderful recipe. My mom would use pandan leaves to make the rice a little green and would add a couple of cashew nuts too and its really good! Happy new year 🙂

  4. Not sure if you're aware of this, but the last couple of videos have had a kind of humming sound every time you speak (it's noticeable since it stops every time you pause). You might need to tweak your mic settings.
