ZTE BLADE A452 2016 Bypass FRP REMOVE GOOGLE ACCOUNT 2016

pls help me! my ZTE Blade A452 smartphone does not on wifi button. After factory reset even continued. but the problem is after factory reset i can not bypass wifi connection request, i.e the skip button not active and since wifi does not turned on no wifi signal is detected by the phone pls help me (if any)!

Y le doy sin poner desbloqueo por omd y depuración de usb y se resetea solo que vuelve a lo mismo

Cuando precio para que me salga permisos de desarrollador no sale nada estoy presionando sobre número de compilacion y no me sale nadaa ayuda
